We Incorporate rehabilitation, which involves reprogramming of the muscles that control core stability. This helps train the body to hold and stabilisze itself beyond your initial care plan during the symptomatic, acute phase.

Osteopathy

Osteopathic techniques can be combined or utilized individually depending on your specific condition and our clinical experience to maximize the rate of recovery.

If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr Robert Waters (Chiropractor/Osteopath) know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care and are happy to develop a care plan that works for you.
